Payment is full upfront, in usd via paypal.

Refunds are only available before the sketch is approved.

I RETAIN THE RIGHTS OF THE IMAGE AND can distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self -promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission proposal.

I reserve the right to modify and reuse any rejected poses or concepts.

The commissioner may upload the work where they wish as long as they credit/link back to my gallery/page.

The commissioner cannot claim the work to be their own.

The work may not be used for any commercial uses (i.e. producing prints, t-shirts, badges etc to sell).

Any project with intent of commercial use must be discussed with me beforehand.

I will contact you after you've submitted your commission request and confirm with you the details.

After you have paid i will create one or more sketches for you to approve.

for larger commissions or design commissions i will send further works in progress during the process for you to confirm. if you want to change anything, this is the point to ask!

ONCE I'M DONE WITH THE COMMISSION I WILL ASK FOR APPROVAL TO MAKE SURE I HAVEN'T MADE ANY ERRORS WITH THE DESIGN OR COLOURS. I WILL THEN SEND THE FULL PNG.
